The End, But Also Just the BeginningThe loved - from every tribe, tongue and nation - will worship the Lover forever.
This is a story with a happy ending. We, the beloved, after straying from God's design, again join our Lover.
Jesus is the hero of the story. He is the only reunifying factor, our only means of returning to God. Our destiny is to sing praises to Jesus, the Lamb, the one "on the throne." To him "be blessing and honor and glory and might." (Revelation 5:13)
The wonderful thing is that this ending, this hoped for time of saints of every hue, language and region singing God's praises, is already becoming a reality. The happy ending is underway.
Today, we'll take a look at worldwide worship. Then we'll consider our own lives and personal callings. Jesus' command is clear: we must worship him and share his gospel with those who don't yet know and worship him. As an act of worship, we'll have the opportunity to pursue specific commitments.
