Nairy Ohanian was born in the Washington, D.C. area. For the past 14 years Nairy has primarily been pioneering student movements, both in the United States and abroad.

She graduated from Western Maryland College with a B.A. in Art and Business. She continued her studies at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, where she received her M.A. in Theological Studies. Nairy currently serves in the Middle East through a partnership between a Presbyterian group and InterVarsity-Link/IFES.

Her hobbies include tennis and ping-pong, calligraphy, and photography. In her free time, she enjoys raspberry chocolate chunk ice cream and chatting at outdoor cafés with friends.
