Urbana 06 Seminars: Missions 101: Growing in Understanding
Are you thinking about getting involved in missions but don’t know who to talk to, where to begin looking, or if you are even cut out to be “a missionary”? Or perhaps you’d just like to know more about what the big deal is. This is the major for you! It’s designed to give an introduction to missions issues, including a biblical basis for missions, education about general issues which arise on the mission field, steps to overcoming barriers to involvement, and motivation to discover more about the things happening around the world—even in our own neighborhoods—and how we can be involved. This major is open to all attendees.
