| David: I went to the Urbana Conference of 1987 and 1990. In 1987 I listened to many speak but when Helen Roseveare spoke I heard God calling. 13 years later I am now an approved missionary serving long-term with the Mission Society for United Methodists. I will be going to Costa Rica next year for language school for a year and then on to Peru for a four year term there. Thank God for Urbana and my hearing Him calling me in that place.
