Elena: When I was a young Christian, a friend who was an IVCF staff worker gave me Urbana 87 tapes. I got immediately turned on to missions. A few years later, I went to China then Vietnam. I went to Urbana 96 as an org rep (and my roomie shared her testimony with the 20,000!), went to grad school for an MA in missions, and now I'll be going to this year's Urbana and bringing a group of college students. God has used Urbana from beginning to end in turning my heart towards the world and missions.
