David:  During the 1967 Urbana Convention I was among many who stood when George Verwer called for commitment and dedication of our lives to the service of Christ. Urbana gave me a heart for world missions. Leaving Urbana I prepared to attend Asbury Seminary, followed by 30+ years as pastor in U. Meth. Church. Urbana gave me a heart for world missions. Like others I wonder where my life would be today had I not responded to the the Lord's call. 10/29/00
