John W. Alexander is President of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship-USA, Madison, Wisconsin. Previously he served as Chairman of the Department of Geography at the University of Wisconsin. His publications include Fire in My Bones, Managing Our Work and Economic Geography.

Chua Wee Hian is General Secretary of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students. Born and raised in Singapore, he has studied in London and the USA. He served as Associate Secretary of IFES for East Asia before assuming his present position and also has been Editor of The Way, a quarterly magazine for Asian students.

Edmund P. Clowney is President of Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, and Professor of Practical Theology. He has been a pastor and former moderator of the General Assembly of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. He is the author of Called to the Ministry and The Doctrine of the Church.

Donald J. Curry is a student in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Calgary, and the international students coordinator for the VCF club there.

Samuel J. Escobar is General Director of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship-Canada. Formerly he was Editor of Certeza and all Spanish publications of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students for Latin America. He served on IFES staff in Argentina, Brazil and Spain.

David M. Howard is the Director of Urbana 73. He is Missions Director of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship, on loan from the Latin America Mission of which he was Assistant General Director, serving for fifteen years in Colombia and Costa Rica. He is the author of By the Power of the Holy Spirit, Student Power in World Evangelism, Hammered as Gold and How Come, God?

Gregorio Landero is President of Accion Unida (United Action), a program of evangelism and social concern in Northern Colombia. He has served as a pastor and as church coordinator of the Evangelical Churches of the Caribbean.

Elisabeth Elliot Leitch served in Ecuador among Colorado, Quichua and Auca. Indians from 1952 to 1963. She is the widow of Jim Elliot, martyred by Aucas in 1956, and has recently been widowed again upon the death of her husband Dr. Addison Leitch, professor at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She is the author of seven books, including Shadow of the Almighty, Through Gates of Splendor, Liberty of Obedience and A Slow and Certain Light.

Paul E. Little is Assistant to the President of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship and Associate Professor of Evangelism, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, Illinois. He is currently on the staff of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association as Associate Director for Program of the World Congress on Evangelism 1974. He is the author of How to Give Away Your Faith, Know Why You Believe and Know What You Believe.

Samuel H. Moffett is Dean of the Graduate School, Theological Seminary of the Presbyterian Church of Korea, Seoul. Born in Korea Of Presbyterian missionary parents, he served as a missionary in China from 1947 to 1949 and in Korea from 1955 until the present.

Rene Padilla is Associate General Secretary of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students in Latin America, and the Editor of Certeza, a magazine for Latin American students. He has been heavily involved in literature work and has written numerous articles, including "Revolution and Revelation" in Is Revolution Change?

John R. W. Stott is Rector of All Souls Church, London, and honorary chaplain to Her Majesty, the Queen of England. He is President of the Evangelical Alliance of England in 1973-74. He has written many books, including Basic Christianity, Understanding the Bible and Christ the Controversialist, and he has participated in three previous Urbana Conventions.

Philip Teng is the pastor of a Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Hong Kong and the Vice President of Alliance Bible Seminary. He also is Chairman of the C&MA Church Union and Foreign Missionary Society of C&MA, Hong Kong, and Chairman of the Continuation Committee of the First All-Asia Mission Consultation.

Bill Thomas is an IFES staff member in Brussels, Belgium, reaching Third World students in Europe. He was formerly a member of the East Harlem Protestant Parish, a missionary to Zaire, and a teacher and church worker in France.

Pius Wakatama is a student at Wheaton College. He has been an editor, writer and translator for Word of Life Publications, Rhodesia. He has recently been appointed a professor in the Christian College of Southern Africa.

Russell Weatherspoon is a student at Brooklyn College and president of the local Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship chapter. He has been active in High School Evangelism Fellowship.

J. Christy Wilson, Jr. is the former pastor of the Community Church in Kabul, Afghanistan. Born in Iran of missionary parents and holding a Ph.D. in Arabic studies, he has served since 1951 as teacher, linguist and pastor to the international community in Afghanistan. Dr. Wilson directed the first IVCF Missionary Convention in Toronto in 1946.
