Ministry to Individual Members of Your Group
by Lindsay Olesberg• Your role as leader of the group is to be an example and friend. This implies godly character and initiative. It is important that people feel accepted and have a "safe place." Therefore, your openness and friendliness is very important for your group members.
• You might want to meet with group members on an individual basis.
• Pray daily for members of your small group.
• Don't pump or pressure anyone. Your own openness, honesty, and love will spark a mutual respect. Be natural, relaxed, and friendly. People desire to share their thoughts and ideas with others that care.

I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
