Not sure. Brazil&rsquo;s complex racial system is not exactly a secret; nor is it adequately treated in this three-minute treatment. Perhaps the answer lies in the other side of the camera&mdash;perhaps this is meant to obliquely address recent conversations in France.</p> <p>Notable here is also the big Barack Obama painting at the black college the news crew visits.</p> <p>The money quote:</p> <blockquote>&quot;...
