Welcome to the Global Urban Trek ! Students are now preparing for the Global Urban Trek 08, which will take them to eight cities around the world to learn from and serve the poorest of the poor. Only the Trek to Honduras is still accepting applications. The remaining Treks are full and now closed. The Trek is planning to visit these cities in the summer of 2008:
A new type of project will be introduced in 2008. The shorter Global Urban Plunge will go to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The dates, except for Honduras, are June 17-July 31. The Honduras dates will be June 17 to July 6. The cost for Honduras will be $2400 and Mexico $2900. The costs for the remaining Treks will be $3700.
