LIVING IN A WORLD OF WEALTH AND POVERTY
Hammond, Pete
Thomas Nelson, 1995
184 pages

This study is divided into thirteen chapters that focus on different aspects of wealth and poverty, walking the fine line between concept and application. The questions sprinkled throughout the study challenge readers to stop looking outward and start looking inward to examine ways to apply the truths gleaned from each portion of Scripture presented. The sidebars are well-written, interesting and make good discussion starters in small groups or Bible studies. The study does not focus merely on monetary issues but moves on to examine societal structure, “classes” of people and even the family. Good for individuals or groups.
