Vision
AIDS Orphans and Street Children exists to help orphans and widows. We developed a new concept in taking the orphanage to the orphan. We are now meeting the needs of hundreds who once had no one to can for them. We help by providing education, medical help, teaching nutrition and animal care and spiritual training. We are now caring for nearly 10,000 children.

Qualifications for Applicants
AIDS Orphans and Street Children is seeking individuals who have a passion for Christ and the hurting in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Application and Candidacy Process
Interested applicants contact our main office in Florida to begin the application process. All candidates considering full time service from the United States or Canada go through a week-long staff training course and face-to-face interview with the director. This course is offered through our sister organization, Teen Missions International.

Training Program
We have multiple opportunities ranging from 2 months, 1 year and 3 years. We have a one month training program.

Funding
All of our staff funding is faith based and all staff raise 100% of their own support.

This agency invites:

  • Non-English speaking candidates
  • Non-North American Candidates
  • Graduating international students to work in their home country
  • Those who practice ?charismatic? gifts such as prophecy, speaking in tongues, healing prayer, etc. (AOSC does not teach specific doctrine, as this is the responsibility of the local church.)
  • Divorced candidates (AOSC does not condone divorce. However, due to the imperfection of man, we beleive there is grace and forgiveness to be found through Jesus Christ for the truly repentant heart. AOSC thoroughly reviews all candidates & they must be approved by the director & the governing board.)
