Vision
All Nation’s vision is to see a growing number of disciples of Christ in every people group and nation through self-replicating churches.
All Nations exists to make Jesus known, loved, worshipped, and glorified in the nations. We believe that one of the most effective ways to change the world is to initiate viable indigenous church planting movements in every part of the world. All Nations train, send and care for missionaries who are cross-cultural church planting coaches. We encourage our missionaries to focus on the neglected peoples of the earth, including people who are culturally, linguistically, or economically isolated or underprivileged.
All Nations also has ten community development projects ranging from AIDS orphan care and feeding lepers, to small businesses and schools.

Qualifications for Applicants
We look for believers who desire to make a lasting impact in the nations and see literally hundreds of thousands of disciples of Jesus Christ through reproducible indigenous church planting movements.
Application and Candidacy Process
Prospective applicants can apply to the 6-month CPx program, which is a highly comprehensive and practical cross-cultural church planting training. Applicants can receive CPx training without requiring to join All Nations. Upon completing CPx, graduates can decide to formally apply to be sent out as an All Nations missionary.
Training Program
Training is accomplished through three programs called the Church Planting Experience (CPx), Student CPx, and Global Storm
1)CPx is a six-month course that teaches principles of cross-cultural church planting movements. Students from many different countries come to Kansas City for three months of classroom instruction and outreach. This classroom time is practical, experiential, relational, interactive, and based on real world missions experience.
After the three months in Kansas City, students go overseas in teams for three months of outreach to put into practice the principles they have learned. While they are on the field, we have weekly skype and email contact to provide pastoral care and strategy coordination. We also visit them on-site twice for coaching and debriefing. During these outreaches, people are often baptized and simple churches planted.
Since 2001, we have trained 98 church planters, 67% of whom are actively engaged in missions. George Patterson, internationally renown author of Church Multiplication Guide, has endorsed CPx: “I highly recommend this training, if you want to plant churches in neglected fields.”
2) Student CPx: For those who are in university and not ready to go overseas fulltime, we train them to plant simple churches on their college campuses through the two-week training, called Student CPx. Students are taught to live missionally and practice the same principles that cross-cultural missionaries live by. College campus is the most strategic mission field on earth: within one square mile, representatives from almost every nation on earth gather to be trained and sent as leaders into every sphere of society.
Since launching this strategic Student CPx in July 2008, 143 students from 62 colleges have been trained, resulting in 18 campus churches being planted. In 2009, three more trainings are planned in Lawrence, Kansas; Tainan, Taiwan; and, Austin, Texas. Our goal is at each location to have students who have been trained to carry out the leadership of future trainings. 3) Global Storm is our short-term mission program for people who are ready to get serious about Jesus’ Great Commission. Short-term trips are tailored for young people who want to seize God’s heart for the nations. Global Storm offers shorter 2-week trips to longer 2-month trips for the summer.
