Vision
Capernwray Harbour Bible Centre welcomes 135 students of all ages, denominational backgrounds and nationalities to create a community intent on knowing Christ and fellowshipping together in this common goal.
Students should expect to discover Jesus Christ as Truth in the pages of the Bible and community living and be able to also introduce others to the same living, vital relationship with Christ.
The curriculum covers about 75% of the Bible, focusing on knowing & experiencing the person of Christ. The staff at Capernwray Harbour desire to train through discipleship, men and women for “full-time Christian service” regardless of occupation.

Qualifications for Applicants
- Applicants must have completed high school and be 18 years of age or older (17 years is acceptable for North American Centres).
- Must have a personal desire to learn and grow in their relationship and understanding of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Application and Candidacy Process

Training Program
New personnel all go through lengthy orientation and in house training processes specific to their tasks and time commitments. Previous experience and education is taken into account; however, the 'on the field training' is ongoing and continual. Accountability relationships in the area of service and with leadership are key.

This agency invites:
- Non-North American Candidates (Governments restrictions are heightening in many countries, such as Canada, USA, Europe countries, etc, thus making it very difficult for applicants from certain Third World countries to apply. Fees must be firmly available with documentation before acceptance is considered.)
- Those who practice ?charismatic? gifts such as prophecy, speaking in tongues, healing prayer, etc. (All things according to the Word of God in its context, which would then edify the whole body of believers.)
