Vision
CBI Japan's vision is to See Christ Impact the World’s Largest Unreached Nation through His Gospel. CBI exists to engage Japanese Society with the Gospel, expand the Kingdom of God through evangelism, discipleship, and church planting, and equip Japanese Leaders to Reach Japan. CBI Japan ministries include "Heart and Soul" which is a quarterly worship/outreach event aimed at young Japanese Christians and non-Christians; All Nations Fellowship which is an evangelistic outreach and church planting ministry; All Nations Eikaiwa, an evangelistic English school; and Christ Bible Seminary where we provide leadership training for current/future pastors and leaders. We work in conjunction with the Mission to the World Japan Partnership

Training Program
On field training is provided for all new personnel. US based training is provided for longer term personnel (2+ years) through Mission to the World. Opportunities for graduate level theological training is also an option on the field.

This agency invites:

  • Graduating international students to work in their home country
