Qualifications for Applicants
For 10-12 week internships and staff positions, applicants must be 18 years or older and have completed at least one year of college.
Application and Candidacy Process
Applications, 3 references and a project proposal are required by certain deadlines, then interviews are granted within two weeks of deadlines.
Training Program
As a young organization (3 years old), we do not have a formal training program for new personnel. We provide individualized training for people based on their assignment. We do have a training program for interns to prepare them for their cultural experience, their assigned role, and to help them with their assimilation while in the field and when they return.
