7 field personnel outside North America.

Expected terms of service:
1-3 months
3-18 months
2-4 years

Qualifications for Applicants
Our personnel should be a committed Christian who haave a good background in the scriptures. A teaching degree is a plus but not necessary. The applicant must have good people and relational skills. Knowledge of the use of a computer and email availability is essential or access to individuals who can assist in this area.

Application and Candidacy Process
The applicant needs to be able to raise their own support. They will contact our national office by email Forrest@ceai.org or phone 1-888-798-1124. They must send a resume of their work history and educational experinces along with letters of support from their Pastor and two others. They will come for a formal interview and testing at the national office in Pasadena or arrange for this in our Ohio Regional office

Training Program
Depending on their background they would spend several weeks in the National office learning the mission targets and understanding the culture as well as the school culture to which they will be assigned. Basic language training will take place in the field in Armenia. Short term experiences will travel with our Field Staff both from the US and the National staff in Armenia.

Funding
They are required to raise their own salary unless they are a parttime national worker. In this case we provid funding as their ability to raise support in the country is very unlikely.
