In 25 countries and counting, our staff build, strengthen, and help multiply the Church through the development of its leaders. With the power of transformative relationships and proven leadership development tools, we do this among emerging leaders, pastors, church planters, business leaders and the urban poor.

A sense of personal calling. Relational chemistry with who we are. Willingness to raise support to fund vision for ministry.
Application and Candidacy Process
For short term Road Trip applicants, there is a short application and interview.
For 1 year interns, there is a short application and interview.
For full time staff there are a series of interviews and psychological assessments.
Training Program
All full-time staff attend a 10-day New Staff Orientation at CRM’s main office in Anaheim, CA. This training orients them to the organization, equips them to flourish on the field, and helps them in the support-raising process. Once on the field with their team, training is specific to location and team, and equips them culturally for their role.
Funding
All field staff raise support to fund their ministries.
