Our mission: Serving together, we share God's love, empower Christlike leaders, and nurture Spirit-inspired partnerships to create transforming communities of worship among all peoples.
Our mission begins with the world, ministering among those who do not yet know the good news. As new groups of believers spring up, we work to strengthen churches and empower leaders. Then, as new mission societies emerge from these circles of churches, our relationship culminates in a collaborative partnership to send more workers.

Missions Opportunities
Training Program
For our short-term teams (8-11 months in length), we have a 2 month discipleship training prior to the team's departure for the field. During the 2 month discipleship training, topics that are taught are Christ-like relationships, Holy Spirit Empowerment, Communion with God, Biblical Truth, Evangelism and Compassion, The Body of Christ, Dying to Self/Living for Christ, and World Mission. This time also focuses on team building and preparing individuals for cross-cultural missions.
For our long-term workers (anything over 1 year), we offer World Missions Institute (WMI). WMI is a three-week course that provides training for cross-cultural Christian missions. Resource persons teach and share out of their own cross-cultural mission experiences. WMI participants also have opportunity outside the classroom for direct interaction wtih people of various cultures, social settings and religious convictions.
