Vision
Eden Reforestation Projects is a unique ministry that actively seeks to reduce extreme poverty through the implementation of reforestation projects in third-world nations. Our motto, "Plant Trees - Save Lives" sums up what we do. In under five years ERP has planted over 8,000,000 trees and employed over 2,000 workers in Ethiopia and Madagascar. The employment of these eco-workers has effectively lifted them out of poverty even as their efforts effectively heal the local environments. Eden manages these projects by carefully working with national Christian leaders and dedicated missionary couples. As a direct result of the environmental stewardship efforts two Muslim villages in Ethiopia have opened themselves to Christ, and six Animist villages in Madagascar are now open to Christianity.

Missions Opportunities
Training Program
We work carefully with Free Methodist World Missions and other missions agencies in training Eden's field personnel. We also provide orientation and training for all short term mission team members prior to departure.
