Vision
The fundamental philosophy of ESEC is to promote genuine friendship between the people of China and the people of the United States.The guiding tenet of ESEC's partnership is mutual respect.Our cooperative relationship is one of equality. We do not send individual teachers:we send teaching teams.In the training of our teaching teams we also emphasize cross-cultural sensitivity. Equipping our teachers to work with their Chinese partners, we strive to integrate Western and Oriental approaches to education. We employ the latest teaching methodologies while giving close attention to the psychological and cultural habits of the students. As a bicultural organization, ESEC's goal is to overcome cultural boundaries and barriers while respecting he differences of the two cultures.

Missions Opportunities

Training Program
We have two programs a year-long and a summer program. Both programs have training in China for the first week of the program. The training covers the philosophy of the TIP program along with the basics of Chinese culture. We also have alot of fun!

Demographics & Policies

This agency invites:

  • Non-North American Candidates (We'll accept anyone from an english speaking country, or who speaks english fluently depending upon their accent and ability to get a visa for China.)
  • Those who practice ?charismatic? gifts such as prophecy, speaking in tongues, healing prayer, etc. (All we ask is that they honor other traditions and that they dont base salvation upon the exhibition of these gifts.)
  • Divorced candidates (As long as you have no ongoing legal or emotional problems, divorced candidates are welcome!)
