Qualifications for Applicants
FTC works with short-term mission volunteers who fill out a basic application for Builders For Children (construction/evangerlism)and medical mission teams. Volunteers are asked to sign a covenant to comply with Christian standards and committments. BFC volunteers are interviewed and trained.

FTC works with short-term volunteer missionaries and does not hire career missionaries.
