Qualifications for Applicants
Love of Jesus/love of sports/heart for the lost. Good administrative capabilities and servants heart. Ability to build long term relationship and to organize volunteers.
Application and Candidacy Process
Complete a 10 hour Try-Out Training course and employment form and interview. Raise funding base. Once hired complete a Training course.
Training Program
They will be required to complete 10 hours of Try Out Training to familiarize them with our ministry. Be interviewed and then required to do 40 hours of Introductory Training followed by a week of schooling.
Funding
Our missionaries are required to raise their own funds.

- Graduating international students to work in their home country (It depends on the vision and area you are from as to who might be accepted.)
- Those who practice ?charismatic? gifts such as prophecy, speaking in tongues, healing prayer, etc. (You have to agree that while working with FCA you will adhere to FCAs' Statement of Faith and while working in the field not teach on areas which are not essential biblical truths contained in the Statement of Faith.)
