Vision
Global Media Outreach seeks to leverage the internet and other digital media platforms to give everyone on earth multiple opportunities to know Jesus and grow as His followers. We have evangelism and discipleship resources in the top 10 Internet languages. Currently, we are seeing over 24,000 people indicate a decision to follow Christ each day through one of our web sites. And over 5,000 individuals will contact by email each day. Every message receives a personal response from a volunteer “online missionary” who offers Biblical counsel and online mentoring.

Missions Opportunities

Training Program
As a ministry division of Campus Crusade for Christ International, we inherit a rich tradition and atmosphere for staff development. Full-time missionary staff receive both initial training and regular development during their first two years on staff. All staff have the option of taking condensed, Seminary-level courses each summer. One-year interns will participate in an organized, one-on-one discipleship/mentoring program. Summer interns participate in weekly studies, group activities, and one-on-one discipleship.

  • Non-English speaking candidates (Those who do not speak English and wish to serve in their native countries will be considered on case-by-case basis.)
  • Non-North American Candidates (As a global ministry, we value staff that represents multiple cultures and language groups.)
  • Graduating international students to work in their home country (While most of our staff is presently located in the US, we are willing to consider adding staff abroad on a case-by-case basis.)
  • Those who practice ?charismatic? gifts such as prophecy, speaking in tongues, healing prayer, etc. (As with our policy on any doctrinal issue not in accordance with the major thrust to which God has called this ministry, our policy on tongues seeks to respect the individual as well as the Body of Christ at large. Any staff member or intern who feels that he/she has the gift of tongues must refrain from promoting the public or private use of that gift, and using the gift of tongues publicly -- restricting any practice of tongues to his/her private devotional life.)
  • Divorced candidates (The HR policy of our parent organization, Campus Crusade for Christ, allows for divorced persons to join our staff provided certain criteria are met. Please contact us for specific details.)
