| Kristin: (01/16/00) Dear Jack, I am graduating in May (2000) with my MD and have some free time before residency. Do you have any contacts in medical missions? I would like to hook up with a group going to work with the underserved for a week or 2 this June?

| Jack: Dear Kristin, Your interest in medical missions is coming at a great time in your career. There are a few agencies out there that design summer projects for people in your position. Africa Inland Mission has some opportunities; check them out. You should also contact the Christian Medical and Dental Society for short term trips, as well as advice for living a Christian witness in the medical field, during the rest of your career. May you be filled with the Holy Spirit's guidance as you pursue your medical calling! |
