| James: (03/16/04) Dear Jack,
I am an international student, pastor, product and long-term worker with students from Tanzania studying in the US.
I'm thrilled with what took place at Urbana 03 as I browse the web regulary and hear from my friends who attended. God is at work in a tremendous way.
I would like to know how many nations were represented at Urbana 03 and if possible, any statistics available on their participation in the various activities, events, and program that took place will be of much interest to me.
I'm praying that I will be part of the next Urbana.
Thanks and God bless you.
James. |
| Jack: James, I trust these figures will give you what you are looking for. We can't give you any more breakdown of figures regarding participation in seminars, etc.
You will notice that Africa is not listed. This does not mean that there were no Africans at Urbana - in fact there were some representatives of IFES present - but their number was so small it did not warrant inclusion. You will note that people came from 148 countries, though only 10 are listed. Jack 8.
