The next critical step to consider (and the point at which many prospective candidates get sidetracked or detoured) is how you'll get there. Will you serve with a
specific mission agency, church, or denomination? Who will you serve and where are they? And how about training?

What sending group or “team” (church or agency) is the best
fit for you as the vehicle for service? Your best work is not a solo
effort.
What kind of team do you need to make you most effective and to help
you grow the most? What kind of team leader do you need to stay focused
and
effective? What are the options? How do you think through the various
possi-bilities?
