Paper Registration for Urbana^® 03

Please note: all registration (online or by mail) for Urbana 03 is now closed.

If possible, those inside the U.S. and Canada should register online. Individuals who are unable to register online should:

1. Download, print, and complete the Acrobat/PDF version of the Urbana 03 Delegate Registration Form
2. Mail your paper registration, postmarked on or before December 1, 2003, and allow 2 weeks for written confirmation.
3. Payment in full is preferred. If you reside in the U.S., U.S. Territories or Canada, a minimum $100 down payment by a bank draft/cashier’s check, in U.S. dollars only, must accompany your registration.

Students outside the U.S. and Canada should:

1. Download, print, and complete the Acrobat/PDF version of the Urbana 03 Delegate Registration Form
2. Mail your paper registration by November 1, 2003, and allow 4-6 weeks for written confirmation.
3. Include an endorsement letter from the General Secretary of your country’s International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) related movement.
4. Enclose FULL registration payment by a bank draft/cashier’s cheque in U.S. dollars only.
