Global Connexions at Urbana Pricing Information

Each booth will cost:

$800 USD Through August 15, 2006
$1,000 USD Through October 15, 2006

Each booth will be 10’ x 10’ and contain basic furnishings such as a table, chairs and sign. Exact furnishings and upgrade options will be available in May. Your organization may purchase a maximum of 6 booths.

Each representative will need to register for the convention. Convention fees are:

$295 USD per rep Through October 15, 2006
$425 USD per rep Through December 15, 2006

Convention registration includes entrance to all general sessions and other programming, dinner December 28-31, convention materials, minor accident and illness insurance. Housing is not included with registration; you will have access to discounted hotel rooms through the Urbana housing system. Your organization may send as many representatives as you wish.

Payment via credit card or check will be due within 30 days of reserving booths or registering representatives. Urbana Exhibits may cancel or reassign past due reservations.

Booth reservations may be cancelled through October 15, 2006 and representative registrations may be cancelled through December 15, 2006. Fees will be refunded via the original payment method less $100 cancellation fee per booth or representative.
