To exhibit at Global Connexions at Urbana you will need to apply, be accepted, reserve booths, register representatives and arrange their housing. To maximize your experience at Urbana you will be able to participate in the Urbana 06 Affiliate program, recommend seminar leaders, and order additional furnishing or services for your exhibit.
To apply:
- If your organization did not exhibit at Urbana 03 and does not have an MSearch account, create an MSearch account by:
- Reviewing the list of agencies or schools that have MSearch accounts to verify your organization or parent organization does not have an account. (If you find an account, please contact your Global Connexions Contact (formerly called booth coordinator) or the Exhibits Manager at urbanaexhibits@intervarsity.org.
- Ensuring your organization will be able to support Global Connexions’ vision (see the Exhibitor Criteria).
- Follow this link to create a new account for your organization.
- If your organization exhibited at Urbana 03 or has an MSearch account, login to MSearch. If you have difficulty accessing your account, please contact the Exhibits Manager at urbanaexhibits@intervarsity.org.
- Complete the Urbana 06 Exhibitor Application:
- There are six sections to the application. They can be completed in any order. You may use the “save partial information” button at the bottom of each section to save the information you have entered and complete the section at a later date. Once each section is complete select the “save completed form” button at the bottom of each page.
- To start the application follow the “Begin Application” link from the Global Connexions section of the home page or select a section from the menu on the left of the screen.
- When all sections are complete, submit your application. Follow the “Submit Application” link from the menu on the left of the screen.
While you’re waiting:
- Complete the Demographics, Policies & Practices and Matching Data sections. You can access these sections from the menu on the left of the screen. You’ll need to complete both sections before you can reserve booths or register representatives.
Once you are accepted:
- Reserve booths by following the link from the Global Connexions section of the home page or from the menu on the left of the screen.
- Register your organization's representatives and arrange their housing beginning in late May.
- Submit recommendations for seminar leaders by downloading the recommendation form and following the enclosed instructions. The form can be downloaded from the Global Connexions section of the home page.
- Submit requests for additional booth furnishings or services beginning this summer.
- Enroll in the Urbana 06 Affiliate program beginning in late May.
